For the second and subsequent
Accountable$ offices, the initial licensee
fee is $5,900 per office.  The operating expenses you will incur during the first
three months of office operations are estimated to be between $9,225 and
$12,400.  This includes rent, insurance premiums, advertising, taxes, general
office overhead, and other miscellaneous expenses.
